Please try to attend each class. This qigong is a gentle form of movement that will be accessible to individuals of all capabilities. Each week we will learn 3 movements\, breath patterns\, relaxation techniques\, and how to be aware of our body and mind connection. \nClasses are on a sliding scale fee $10\, $15\, or $20.
