SUMMARY:Shibashi Qi-Gong
DESCRIPTION:Join Kaitlin from the Fine Fettle to learn Qi Gong at the Farm. This is an 8 week series (Mondays\, June 22nd – August 10th\, 9:30am – 10:15am) that will build on each class. Please try to attend each class. This qigong is a gentle form of movement that will be accessible to individuals of all capabilities. Each week we will learn 3 movements\, breath patterns\, relaxation techniques\, and how to be aware of our body and mind connection. \nClasses are on a sliding scale fee $10\, $15\, or $20. Pay what you can and come enjoy the balancing and healing effects of Qigong.  Tickets and more information can be found at thefinefettlemt.com or you can reserve your ticket by clicking Reservations and pay at the door. \nAfter the classes\, 30 or 60 minutes Craniosacral therapy & reiki sessions will be offered outside at the farm. \nPlease share if you know anyone seeking a new or different pathway to wellness!
