Western Heritage Days in Stevensville Held in June

Plan to ‘Saddle Up’ for the Western Heritage Parade that will be to kick off the Western Heritage Days. There will be demonstrations, excitement and sidewalk attractions from our stores, many activities at the Mission including tours, Dutch oven desserts, a wonderful BBQ and historic home tours via team and wagon rides, games, parade, crafts, art show, music and lots of food. Bitterroot Valley MicroBrew Festival 4th (full weekend) Saturday in July Hamilton

Voted the ‘Best Event of the Year’ our Annual MicroBrew Festival held the 4th weeked of July is an event for the whole family. Lots of micro brews to choose from as well as music, food and fun. The event is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and is one you will not want to miss! This event continues to grow every year and is a place to relax, have a chance to taste a great variety of micro-brews and visit with your friends. Annual Hardtimes Bluegrass Festival 4th Weekend in July Hamilton

This is a brand new festival with an “old-timey mountain” feel that features traditional bluegrass music. Our festival is an affordable family friendly gathering geared towards having good clean fun while celebrating the joys and sounds of traditional bluegrass music. An event you do not want to miss! Daly Days Festival 4th (full weekend) Weekend in July Hamilton

Daly Days offers music, food, fun, crafts and even Marcus Daly himself attends this event. It is a celebration of the town founder. Come and enjoy sidewalk sales, games for the children, walking tour of historical Downtown Hamilton, vendors from around Montana and stage entertainment. Not to mention the ever popular Wiener Dog Races! Top off the weekend with our Friday Night Street Dance, free admission! The Jerry Wessel’s Car Show features cars from past decades and lines both sides of the street. New event for young and old alike is our Power Wheels Drag Race, which will be held on Saturday. Annual McIntosh Apple Day October Hamilton

Hailed as the Biggest Bake Sale Under the Big Sky, the Ravalli County Museum, 205 Bedford, is putting on their 35th Annual McIntosh Apple Day Festival on the first Saturday in October from 9am-3pm, and you will not want to miss it! Enjoy arts, crafts, food & produce from our local Hamilton Farmers Market as well as new vendors from outside the area. The highlight of the day is our signature Bake Sale, with locally-grown, hand-picked apples lovingly crafted into made-from-scratch Apple Pies, Caramel Apples, our famous Apple Butter and BBQ Pork with Apple Chutney. Purchase raffle tickets to get the chance to win from over 100 raffle items, donated by vendors and other local businesses. Sign up for the silent auction and enjoy live entertainment. Annual Bitter Root Day Hamilton

The Ravalli County Museum grounds is the setting for a beautifully crafted, large, outdoor walking exhibit centered on the history and culture of the Salish Tribe, the first inhabitants of the Bitter Root Valley. As well as an extended Farmer’s Market, there will be a Jerky Contest and a “Create a Difference Recycle Craft Competition”, children’s educational activities and live music. www.brvhsmuseum.org. An Afternoon of Cowboy Music & Poetry Hamilton

Annual Veterans Day Observance November Hamilton

Always held on Veterans Day, we begin our program at the Doughboy with the laying of the wreaths by Veterans Organizations and Auxiliaries. Refreshments will be served. Live Theater and Music Performances

The Band Shell an outdoor stage with the Bitterroot Community Band performing the 2nd and 4th Thursdays during the summer at 8:00 p.m. Claudia Driscoll Park, 910 West Main Street Hamilton
