On April 5, hundreds of animal lovers will spend 24 hours side-by-side with shelter pets to raise funds and awareness for community animals. That’s right! Bitter Root Humane Association’s most dedicated supporters will spend 24 hours at our facility eating, sleeping and “pawtying” with our amazing shelter residents while raising money to support our programs.
The Bitter Root Humane Association continues to be the only animal shelter serving Ravalli County since 1972. We are solely funded with private donations and grants. Through collaborations with multiple organizations, we provide care for our community and their pets.
