Meet the Author

“Meet the Author” Friday, April 10th at Chapter One Books in Hamilton.

Bitterroot Early Learning Network welcomes author, Kristin Van Martyr Souers to Hamilton, Montana! Kristin penned “Fostering Resilient Learners” and the follow up book titled, “Relationship, Responsibility and Regulation” with co-author Pete Hall. She also has her new workbook titled: “The Fostering Resilience Workbook, Strategies & Steps to Support Our Learners, Elementary Edition” as well as her newest children’s book titled “10 things the brain needs”, created to support the teaching of social and emotional learning. Come meet Kristin & help welcome her to Montana.

This will be a casual, family-friendly event serving appetizers and beverages. It is your opportunity to get to know Kristin and learn more about her experiences with trauma-informed practices in the classroom and building relationships with students and families.
